  I have mailed out items at this location on multiple occasions, but Brian is truly a disrespectful individual. He was talking down to his co-workers and most importantly, the customers. I have NEVER been to a USPS office (and my business requires me to make multiple stops a week to post offices) and received this type of service from anyone. To think about it, I don't think I have ever came across such a condescending person EVER. This office need to consider on hiring individuals that show basic common courtesy skills and offer a welcoming atmosphere.

• Review of "United States Department of Veterans Affairs" at Quantico

  The woman who takes all VA appointments at the Quantico and Fredericksburg locations is a total B*TCH. If she acts like a rude hag on the phone, there's no telling how horrid she is in person! I called on my husband's behalf (he's the veteran) trying to schedule him an appointment since he doesn't get home from work until after 6pm Monday - Friday (a civilian job off base). The woman went off on me saying nasty comments, trying to belittle me all because my husband couldn't call her himself. I mean good lord I'm just trying to help my husband out by scheduling his appointment, it's not like I'm planning to go in instead of him for the appointment! Veterans don't receive enough thanks as it is, so a person who works with them on a daily basis SHOULD have a heart and be kind. But this lady is the total opposite. Please save yourself and go somewhere like Fairfax where the people are wonderful, or possibly even Washington D.C. Definitely one of my worst phone experiences, and all for no reason what so ever.

  I have been a customer of USAA for over five years as well as my whole family. I am a waitress and I see credit cards from different banks everyday. When I used to come across USAA credit and debit cards I would always share to my customer base that it is the best bank I have ever been with but now I no longer feel the same. On June 6th I deposited 1,150 dollars in money orders. I ofcourse used the Mobile Depost App and everything went fine as I put some in checking and some in savings. Five days later, I notice my account was negative $500 I called right away and a representive told me that one of the money orders did not go through. I was shocked, it has been five days since I depostited and I thought that the money went through since the app didn't tell me that the picture may not have been perfect enough. I asked the representive what am i going to do? I need my money I am 6 months pregnant and need to save as much as I can. He stated there was nothing USAA can do and that they were not going to send me a refund check of $500. He told me to go back to where I purchased the money order and see what THEY can do. As a result, nothing. The grocery store could not do anything and even they stated they have never heard of a bank not refundin a money back that was rightfully mine. I was devastated I never felt so betrayed. I went online to see the photo of what i took and it was perfect. I could read all the numbers and information in the picture. Thanks to USAA I have lost $500 and I will now be swithching to Navy Federal. I will never go back and neither will my family. I have to now change my insurance, stocks, checking and savings. By far the worst expereience I have ever had with a bank and I will be sure to share my story with customers, friends, and family.
